Job summary

Dunkin Alabama is seeking an in-house Maintenance Technician to keep our facility, kitchen, and equipment running smoothly. You will handle general repairs, plumbing, and servicing of TurboChef ovens, refrigeration units, and coffee machines. Full training is provided for specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing repair (leaks, clogs, fixtures, etc.).
• Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is a plus, but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, power washing etc.).
• Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including TurboChef ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and coffee machines
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns
• Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors for specialized repairs when needed
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and repair records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Assist with setup/breakdown for facility needs as required
