Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of management experience in facilities or cleaning services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Strong customer and employee relations capabilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

• Manages overall activities of a project and supervises supervisors.
• Directs and develops subordinates to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure work is performed timely and cost-effectively per codes.
• Communicate work schedules and material coordination with client staff.
• Administer work orders and ensure tickets are processed and closed on time.
• Conduct quality checks and manage materials inventory.
• Coordinate special projects on weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
• Monitor budgets vs. performance and report variances.
• Interface with customer management to meet contract needs.
• Develop short and long-term goals and asset maintenance programs.
• Establish policies for facilities operations and safety.
