Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree.
• Interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures.
• Able to carry 40–70 lbs multiple times a day or up to 85 lbs to waist height.
• Must provide transportation to job sites; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations associated with existing facilities.
• Perform facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and firestopping, EIFS, anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations.
• Interact and communicate effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers.
