Lockheed Martin is seeking a facilities technician to perform and oversee a range of tasks that keep our building and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will assist in preparing spaces for internal and external events and manage furniture setups and signage as needed.
The role requires standing most of the shift, basic carpentry and chemical handling with PPE, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. This is a hands-on role supporting site operations.
Performs and oversees a variety of facilities tasks to maintain a clean & safe building and grounds. Paint and repair walls & floors, repair & seal ESD flooring, hang signs, curtains, banners, flags and plastic, set up for events (internal & external), Install & disassemble cubicle & office furniture, pressure wash, polish & seal concrete, paint building infrastructure as needed, perform janitorial tasks as needed. Coordinates the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area. Maintains contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications. Verifies labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices. Estimates percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.
Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00
