Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, design, and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of complex facilities in the Grand Prairie area. The role requires coordinating with architecture/engineering teams and managing bid processes for construction and facility acquisitions.

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction management or similiar dicipline and 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction project/program management or equivilient experience/combined education with 13 years total professional project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and including the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management and diverse populations.
• Understanding of laboratory, factory/manufacturing/assembly, and office space requirements.
• Construction skills including managing and negotiating with general contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to include: project schedule, scope, cost, rish and deliverables.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
