Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden, AR, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance professionals, determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance across facilities.

You will coordinate installation, repair and maintenance, hire and train staff, monitor productivity, and enforce health and safety practices while overseeing multiple functional areas such as maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping, and facilities management.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have maintenance experience.
• Previous experience managing people and/or leading employees.
• Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
• Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
