  • Maintain and repair boilers, chillers, circulation fans and HVAC equipment on the Sunbury site.
  • Work experience in commercial HVAC installs/maintenance, plumbing, gas line installations/repairs, building and project management.

Job Description:

The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician performs maintenance and repairs on boilers, chillers, circulation fans and HVAC equipment on the Sunbury site.

  • Building Automation Controls training
Physical Demands:
  • Stand/Walk 8/12 hours per day
  • Work 5-7 days per week
  • Lift up to 35 pounds frequently.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold
  • Must be able to work in an environmental factor such as dust
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to work Planned and Unplanned Overtime

Work experience in commercial HVAC Installs/Maintenance, Plumbing, Gas Line Installations/Repairs, Building and project management.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Facilities Technician I: Skilled and Competent Level No Degree in technical discipline & 2+ years related work experience
  • Facilities Technician II: Excellent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 2+ years related work experience OR 6+ years in related work experience
  • Facilities Technician III: Outstanding / Role Model Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 4+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 2+ yrs. work experience OR 10+ years related work experience
  • Senior Facilities Technician I: Skilled and Competent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 6+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 4+ yrs. work experience OR 14+ years related work experience.
  • Senior Facilities Technician II: Excellent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 8+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 6+ yrs. work experience OR 16+ years related work experience
  • Senior Facilities Technician III: Outstanding / Role Model Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 10+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 8+ yrs. work experience OR 18+ years related work experience
  • Principal Facilities Technician I: Skilled and Competent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 12+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 10+ yrs. work experience OR 20+ years related work experience
  • Principal Facilities Technician II: Excellent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 14+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 12+ yrs. work experience OR 22+ years related work experience
