L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR seeks a Facilities Technician D (HVAC) to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of plant HVAC systems, boilers, and related production equipment. You will follow manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and local work instructions while ensuring compliance and safety.

Essential functions include preventive maintenance, installation of new equipment, and 6S shop upkeep.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 8 years HVAC/industrial maintenance experience or 2 years post-secondary/associates degree with 4 years of HVAC/industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• State license in HVAC/mechanical/electrical fields is a plus.
• Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills; able to read engineering blueprints and process specifications.

Job Schedule: 3/12: Employes work 12 hour days, 3 days a week - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

The Facility Technician will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions. Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities, boiler systems and production equipment, as well as work on HVAC Systems and perform general maintenance.

Essential Functions:

• HVAC Maintenance – Work with, troubleshoot and repair plant HVAC equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as HVAC units, dehumidifiers, boiler systems, humidifiers, etc.
• Installation of new equipment.
• 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
• Expectede to obtain a Freon recovery license within two (2) years of employment.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior HVAC/industrial equipment maintenance experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior HVAC/industrial equipment maintenance experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment.
• Respirator and Breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams qualified.
• Experience or training in one of the following: Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical. State License in any of these fields is a plus.
• Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills
• Good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working with engineering blueprints, process specifications and building layouts.
• Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses & repairs boilers
• Checkout & troubleshooting of boilers
