Job Description:

Candidate will perform Construction Project Management as well asplan, design and oversee the reconfiguration, construction and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions and guidelines,requiredcompletion schedule, and execution feasibility. UtilizesAutoCadsoftware to developconcept andconstruction documents for a wide range of Facility projects. Coordinates with architecture and engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets, project justification, statement of work documents and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Responsible formanaging toapprovedbudgets and approving contracts and purchases.Overseesthe construction and installation to ensure conformance toestablisheddrawings, specifications,costand schedule.

Essential Functions:

• Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area.
