HHS is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee the upkeep of our corporate headquarters in Dripping Springs, TX. The role combines hands-on HVAC work with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating vendors and potential small team projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The position is full-time, on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial or corporate facility maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (EPA certification or formal HVAC training is a plus).
• Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site for climate control systems, perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Repair minor electrical fixtures and plumbing tasks safely and efficiently.
• Oversee day-to-day corporate repairs, drywall/paitn, door hardware, and office reconfigurations.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, test emergency systems, and ensure code compliance.
