In this role, you won't just be fixing things. You will be the go-to problem solver, ensuring our team has a safe, comfortable, and fully operational environment to work in.This is a dynamic, hands-on, full-time position that requires a strong blend of technical trade skills (with a heavy emphasis on HVAC) and the leadership mindset required to manage vendors, organize projects, and potentially lead small team initiatives down the line.## **Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary on-site lead for our climate control systems. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose system errors, replace filters, and handle minor repairs to ensure optimal air quality and temperature control.* Diagnose and repair minor electrical issues (fixtures, ballast replacements, switches) and facility plumbing tasks (clogs, leaks, fixture installations) safely and efficiently.* Handle day-to-day corporate repairs, including drywall patch/paint, door/lock hardware adjustments, furniture assembly, and basic office reconfigurations.* Conduct regular safety walkthroughs of the building to identify hazards, test emergency systems (fire alarms, emergency lighting), and keep the facility compliant with local building codes.## **Experience & Requirements*** Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial or corporate facility maintenance experience.* Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is highly preferred (EPA certification or formal HVAC training is a major plus).* Demonstrated proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry.* Prior experience as a supervisor, lead tech, or project manager is highly preferred.
