Job summary

Housing Hub is seeking a skilled HVAC & General Maintenance Technician to oversee building maintenance, HVAC systems, repairs, and overall facility operations at our St. Paul location.

The role requires hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections, and coordinate with outside contractors when needed to keep the facility safe,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems.
• General building maintenance and facility repair experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform general building repairs and plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks per regulations (OSHA).
• Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
