Centerspace is seeking a maintenance professional in Saint Paul to perform minor and major repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building upkeep. You will ensure environmental conditions, safety, and inventory are well managed while supporting leadership and tenants.

The role requires initiative, mechanical ability, and the ability to follow safety procedures; it offers on-site work with potential on-call duties and opportunities for advancement in facilities operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years maintenance experience.
• EPA, CPO and/or boiler operator licenses preferred or willing to obtain them.
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing certifications or licenses preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; communicate with supervisor, tenants and vendors.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities; capable of following procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform minor and major repairs to keep the property functional, presentable, and safe.
• Maintain HVAC systems, replace motors or bearings as needed.
• Change light bulbs, service valves, clean mechanical rooms, and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain inventory levels for mechanical systems and tools.
• Assist with safety and emergency procedures and after-hours on-call programs.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor service delivery for efficiency.
• Schedule turnovers and inspections to meet 5-day targets.
• Support administrative tasks and record-keeping for facilities.
