Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems and facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building automation and HVAC systems.
• Use energy management systems to optimize conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical systems.
• Assist with design, installation, and scheduling of control systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
