Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of common areas (carpet cleaning, light bulb replacement, trash collection).
• Light landscaping, leaf blowing, power washing, and snow removal.
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean and organized.
• Clean community pool and outdoor spaces; supervise pool area/grills.
• Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report issues to Lead Maintenance.
