Job summary

CooperRiis Healing Community is seeking a maintenance-focused team member in Mill Spring, NC. The role covers groundskeeping tasks, campus maintenance, and basic building projects to support a therapeutic healing environment.

You will collaborate with a small team to mow, trim, plant, and water landscapes, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and ensure equipment is maintained. Training and a supportive work setting are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance systems.
• Construction and vehicle maintenance skills.
• Landscaping and grounds keeping skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically moving and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record and use company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, raking, planting, trimming, and watering the campus grounds.
• Works with the team on routine vehicle maintenance.
• Works on minor building projects and modifications.
• Maintains all equipment.
• Other maintenance related duties as assigned
