Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Clear criminal background per BCII and FBI.
• Self-directed and quick learner.
• At least two years in maintenance operations of physical plant and facilities.
• Proficient with computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Takes initiative to perform tasks independently.
