Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries in Frostburg, MD is seeking a Maintenance professional to support maintenance operations at assigned locations, performing carpentry, routine mechanical/electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and completing work orders. The role includes guiding maintenance workers, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

A high school diploma or GED and several years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of building and grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and reach; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of maintenance duties including carpentry, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide guidance and leadership for assigned Maintenance Workers.
• Respond to building and equipment emergencies as needed.
