Job summary

Shepherd Church in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our Building & Grounds Team. This role ensures the facility is functional, safe, clean, and inviting for all visitors.

Candidates must be available for varied shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. A CDL is preferred and candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a service industry role and/or skilled trade.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and use of basic tools.
• Able to climb stairs/ladders/heights and perform physical labor.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices and basic building systems.
