The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to supporting the church's mission through excellence in facility care. Schedule requires varied shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with hours between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a service industry role and/or skilled trade.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and use of basic tools, able to climb stairs/ladders/heights.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physical labor both indoors and outdoors.
• Understanding of safety practices and basic building systems.
• Valid CDL.
