Shepherd Church is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our Building & Grounds Team in Los Angeles. The role ensures the facility is functional, safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone who visits.

The position requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and involves varied shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Candidates should have 2+ years in service or skilled trade, and be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service industry and/or skilled trade.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and basic tools; able to climb stairs/ladders.
• Strong interpersonal skills; reliable with a positive attitude.
• Professional demeanor with confidentiality.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor indoors/outdoors.
• Valid CDL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Shepherd Church facilities to be functional, safe and inviting.
• Support Building & Grounds Team in daily maintenance tasks.
• Work varied shifts including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Operate basic tools and perform physical labor as needed.
