Pompanochevy in Pompano Beach, Florida is looking for a maintenance individual to assist our Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintaining cleanliness, and managing outdoor maintenance.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift at least 25 pounds or more.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable MVR history.

Responsabilités

• Assist the facilities manager with new projects and everyday maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dealership.
• Close attention to detail with pavement and landscaping throughout the dealership.
• Perform basic repairs throughout the dealership.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakage.
• Repair fixtures and equipment as needed.
• General exterior maintenance including pressure washing and painting fixtures.
