• Assist the facilities manager with new projects and everyday maintenance.

• Close attention to detail with pavement and landscaping throughout the dealership.
• Perform basic repairs throughout the dealership.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakage.
• Repair fixtures and equipment as needed.
• General exterior maintenance including pressure washing and painting fixtures.

This position will assist our Facilities Manager with regular upkeep of the grounds and other maintenance throughout the dealership.
