Job summary

North Wind Group in Paducah, Kentucky is seeking a Laborer to perform grounds and general maintenance under supervision. The role includes operating mowers, weed trimmers, loading and relocating equipment, and assisting with snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to operate a commercial mower and weed trimmer.
• U.S. citizenship or authorization to work is required; ability to obtain DoE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile and powered equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, powered edgers, etc.
• Load, transport and relocate office equipment and furniture and construction materials as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and application of de-icing materials to ensure safety.
