Job summary

Dunn County is seeking a Facilities Worker to maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will monitor building systems, perform custodial tasks, grounds care, basic repairs, and assist with maintenance activities to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and the public.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of custodial/maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year custodial/buildings/grounds maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor boilers, air compressors, and building systems; test water chemistry.
• Inspect doors/windows and maintain security checks.
• Perform custodial duties: floors, restrooms, trash, lights, windows.
• Maintain logs of daily operations and activities.
• Carry out general building and grounds maintenance, including mowing, snow removal, and painting surfaces.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
