Job summary

IBH Addiction Recovery in Coventry Township, OH is seeking a Maintenance Worker to help maintain landscaping, grounds, and facilities. This full-time role requires a High School diploma and prior maintenance experience, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors daily.

You will perform repairs, cleaning, painting, and routine maintenance, and assist the Facilities Manager. Competitive nonprofit benefits and stable schedule available.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance: repair, cleaning, painting, preventive maintenance of equipment, electrical, plumbing, floors, furniture repair, assembly, cleaning, and moving.
• Landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, rake, shovel, and power wash designated areas.
• Complete routine maintenance on the machinery necessary to complete the tasks.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and familiarity with tools required for lawn care.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain and care for equipment and follow instructions by the Facilities Manager.
