Job summary

IBH Addiction Recovery in Coventry Township, OH is seeking a Maintenance Worker to help maintain facilities, landscaping, and ongoing repairs. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance, ability to operate basic tools, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and prior maintenance experience. The position offers hourly pay between $17.00 and $19.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and sick time.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including repair, cleaning, painting, and preventive maintenance.
• Landscaping tasks: mow, trim, edge, rake, shovel, and power wash designated areas.
• Maintain and operate equipment safely.
• Follow instructions from Facilities Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities.
