Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance environment.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and acceptable MVR history.
• CPI training within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building and grounds mechanics and oversee time/attendance and annual evaluations.
• Make recommendations to Directors team to enhance department operations.
• Coordinate contractor services for buildings and grounds items.
• Assist via phone with information and guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation standards (DNV) and local codes.
