Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter at The Retreat at Lakeland to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the community. You will handle trash removal, assist with unit turnover, and support maintenance tasks to keep common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools, parking lots, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and address debris or hazards on the property.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
