Plaza-Health- is seeking a proactive Maintenance Tech to perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks ensuring the facility remains safe and well-maintained for residents. The role involves addressing building and grounds upkeep and collaborating with the Supervisor and team to complete assignments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or technology-based qualification, with some maintenance experience and a willingness to travel as needed to sister facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
• Collaborate and work well with fellow team members.
• Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
• Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
