Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance required.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience preferred.
• May need a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate landscape equipment and tools.
• Line striping.
• Responsible for interior and exterior painting.
• Snow removal and management of winter upkeep.
• Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
