The Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Janitorial worker to maintain clean classrooms, offices and common areas across our Oregon sites. You will perform cleaning, light repairs and landscape tasks to keep facilities safe and welcoming for children and staff.

Responsibilities include trash removal, routine upkeep, and equipment maintenance while following OSHA safety guidelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with one year experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance and repair.
• Combination of technical school coursework or experience equivalent to 24 months of janitorial responsibilities.
• Ability to perform cleaning, light maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain interior by cleaning furniture, classroom tables and chairs, equipment, mirrors and fixtures; wash windows, counters, walls, ceilings and woodwork; sweep and mop floors.
• Perform repairs and light maintenance as necessary to ensure a clean environment for children and staff.
• Remove trash and transport materials to disposal area; manage recycling and replace liners.
• Maintain building accessibility and appearance; keep entryways clean and inviting; maintain lawn and exterior lighting.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in drills; ensure a safe working environment.
