Qualifikationen

• Experience in greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
• Comfort with data entry, reporting, and filing tasks.
• Ability to assist with multiple center duties including classroom, bus, and kitchen support.
• Willingness to follow Head Start standards and safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Greet visitors in person or by phone and direct inquiries.
• Perform clerical duties: entering data, filing, reports, memos.
• Assist teachers with activities and recordkeeping, and support custodial tasks.
• Assist bus driver to ensure safe transportation and proper seating.
• Assist cook staff in preparing meals and maintaining kitchen areas.
• Support center safety and confidentiality; participate in required meetings.
