Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years' custodial and maintenance experience.
• Experience performing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, maintenance, and installation.
• Valid Washington Driver's License and insurability by Nisqually Tribe.
• Must be physically capable of operating tools and equipment and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: vacuum and clean carpets, dust, mop, sweep, wax floors, clean/restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash, collect recyclables, wash windows.
