Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Facilities & Grounds Supervisor in Connecticut. The role owns the building, grounds, and related non-production spaces, growing into broader facilities ownership over time.

You will manage landscaping, repairs, and contractor work while maintaining a prepared, presentable site for customers and auditors. Responsibilities include scoping projects, obtaining competitive quotes, enforcing GMP and SQF-related standards, and maintaining safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, grounds, or construction.
• Experience scoping work and directing outside contractors.
• Manufacturing or regulated environment preferred.
• Connecticut driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Own the grounds and property appearance; manage landscaping, signage, lighting, and waste areas.
• Self-perform repairs and lead non-production improvements and projects.
• Source, qualify, and manage approved vendors for a broad range of trades.
• Scope, quote, and control capital and maintenance work; enforce safety and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain building systems outside production and keep PM calendars up to date.
• Ensure audit readiness and support inspections; track budgets and variances.
