Job summary

• Clean washrooms, furniture and other building cleaning.
• Move office furniture, equipment and supplies when called upon.
• Perform duties in the maintenance of project grounds.
• Keep public area sidewalks clear of debris and snow.
• Dispose of trash and other waste materials.
• Mow lawns using hand or power mowers.
• Spread fertilizer, trim hedges and shrubbery, prune trees, maintain ditches and road embankments.
• Perform general cleanup work along roads and parking area.
• Perform all types of common labor.
