Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Grounds Attendant to maintain clean, neat grounds and present an attractive exterior of the property. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. The role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, weeding, planting, trash removal, and inspecting exterior fixtures. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in grounds or facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grounds, facilities, or general maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all property grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots, garages, and walkways.
• Plant, remove, relocate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements to support an attractive property appearance.
• Remove trash, debris, and litter from all exterior areas and parking facilities; empty and maintain trash receptacles as needed.
• Inspect and ensure that signs, posts, fencing, and related fixtures are straight, secure, and in good condition.
• Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
• Develop working knowledge of the property’s facilities and entertainment offerings in order to assist guests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance and Facilities departments.
