Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years facilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, or property management experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to support internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work with colleagues across countries.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building operations, inspections, and monitor HVAC, lighting, and warehouse infrastructure.
• Coordinate repairs, track work orders, escort and supervise contractors, and verify service reports.
• Maintain safety, security, access control, and OSHA compliance activities.
• Support warehouse layout changes, equipment installation, and office supply management.
• Process facility invoices, track maintenance spending, and update asset inventories.
