• 3–5 years facilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, or property management experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to support internal and external customers.
• Good self-organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations: daily walk-throughs, inspections, repairs coordination, and vendor management.
• Ensure safety and security: OSHA compliance, badge access, incident investigations, and records management.
• Support warehouse and office functions: space planning, inventory, conference room setups, onboarding support.
• Manage budget/admin tasks: process invoices, track spending, maintain contracts and asset records.
