Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 3–5 years facilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, or property management experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to support both internal and external customers.
• Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building operations and inspections, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor activities; track work orders.
• Escort and supervise contractors and manage security access and related records.
• Support warehouse operations, office services, and asset inventories; assist with budget tasks.
