Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive services or auto mechanics with hands-on experience.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative roles.
• Experience with service writing or work order systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service requests and scheduling.
• Prepare service documentation, estimates, and summaries.
• Open, track, and close service tickets and work orders.
• Adjust maintenance labor hours based on actual work and feedback.
• Utilize maintenance software and maintain backlog status.
• Respond to facilities and fleet emergencies and issues.
• Monitor AVL/fleet-tracking software and enforce policies.
