Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs preferred.
• Experience with office moves, furniture installation, workspace setup, or equipment relocation.
• Experience managing a commercial vehicle fleet.
• Experience cleaning and custodial operations.
• Experience managing multiple facilities or locations.
• Experience working with maintenance management or work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of properties.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and systems.
• Coordinate repairs, obtain quotes, and prioritize needs cost-effectively.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, lighting, and related systems.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service providers.
• Maintain facility records, warranties, and service agreements.
• Support branch moves, workspace changes, and renovations as needed.
