Calhoun Liberty Credit Union is seeking a Facilities professional to oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of all CLCU properties. This hands-on role requires coordinating with branch leadership, external vendors, and employees to keep buildings, parking areas, fleet, and equipment in excellent order.

Travel between branches is required; a valid driver's license and strong organizational skills help you prioritize repairs, manage records, and maintain

Qualifikationen

• High School education or GED required.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience managing multiple facilities and work orders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between branches.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of CLCU properties.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, lighting, and other building systems.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, service providers, and repair vendors.
• Obtain estimates and assist with evaluating and prioritizing facility improvement projects.
• Maintain appropriate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, warranties, and service agreements.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, functional, organized, and present a professional appearance.
