Job summary

Intuitive Machines, LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator in Houston to provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Team. The role coordinates service requests, preventive maintenance, fleet management, reporting, and contractor scheduling to ensure timely resolution of facility-related needs.

You will work with Facilities technicians, management, and external contractors, maintaining databases, and producing routine reports while assisting with communications

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in facilities coordination or similar operations role.
• Experience scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance, service calls, or inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance with service technicians.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports on service requests.
• Monitor and prioritize Facilities hotline calls and online service requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal users for HVAC, forklifts, cranes, and other facility equipment.
