Job summary

dnata Catering USA is seeking a Facilities and Fleet Manager to oversee the facilities, fleet operations, and related projects. The role focuses on safe, cost-effective management of kitchens, storage spaces, and administrative areas, ensuring reliable catering service delivery to clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive maintenance programs, and implement sustainability initiatives while upholding industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Trade qualifications in building maintenance are desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tendering and procurement for new projects and maintain budgets.
• Direct construction and facilities maintenance to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Manage fleet lifecycle, maintenance programs and vehicle logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
