The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to off-site locations when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in evaluating systems to determine maintenance or repairs needed.
• Assess building systems to plan work assignments and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed accurately and on time.
• Contribute to departmental budget estimates and project costs.
• Collaborate with supervisors to manage expenses and optimize fuel and labor costs.
