Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in building trades or equivalent vocational training with 4+ years in construction/maintenance.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Must be physically capable to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of Agency facilities and vehicle fleet.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for buildings and equipment.
• Procure competitive bids for repairs, ensuring fair and transparent selection.
• Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with divisions, and report to the Facilities/Maintenance Director.
• Maintain MSDS records and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Lead fire protection activities and conduct regular safety drills.

Education

Associate’s degree in building trades

Oklahoma Driver’s License (valid)
