Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House in Manchester, NH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical facility and lead EVS and maintenance teams. You will hire, train, coach, and direct staff, set department standards and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across all systems.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering or facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions while delivering reliable, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ten years in engineering/maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with major mechanical systems and fire & life-safety equipment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor facility integrity and manage EVS/maintenance teams.
• Hire, train, coach and supervise staff; provide leadership and resources.
• Set department standards, guidelines and objectives; manage budgets and staffing.
• Ensure OSHA and HazCom compliance; maintain MSD Sheets as required.
• Coordinate with vendors; manage renovations and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee repairs of mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Review guest concerns and respond appropriately; plan staffing to maximize productivity.
