Job summary

ASM Global is seeking an Operations Staff member to assist with event setup, conversion work, and ongoing facility operations. The role includes setting up flooring, chairs, walls, barricades, and other furnishings, plus loading and unloading trucks and replenishing supplies.

The position requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with duties spanning cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs as needed to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with event setup and conversion processes.
• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Comfort with lifting, carrying, moving and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event setup and conversion tasks.
• Load/unload equipment and transport supplies as needed.
• Participate in pre/post-event cleaning and general janitorial work.
