Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking a Workplace Services Supervisor to coordinate facility operations and event logistics across our markets. You will oversee day-to-day facilities, manage work orders, onboarding/offboarding logistics, access control, and support office moves, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for colleagues and guests.

In this role, you will lead event intake, negotiate contracts, supervise scheduling, and provide real-time problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or management preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active during events and moves.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to keep offices clean, safe and functional.
• Manage work orders from intake to completion and track service levels.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics, including workstation setup and access control.
• Supervise facility projects such as moves, reconfigurations and renovations.
• Oversee workplace systems (e.g., Agilquest, Asana) and maintain accurate information.
• Track office supplies, furniture and equipment and assist with ordering.
• Identify facility issues and opportunities and communicate with leadership.
• Lead event intake, planning, budgeting, and scheduling; negotiate contracts.
• Provide general administrative support for workplace services and initiatives.
